One Gas Spinoff Approved By ONEOK’s Board
After obtaining the necessary approvals from numerous regulatory bodies, including most recently the Kansas Commission, ONEOK’s (OKE) board of directors officially approved the spinoff of its natural gas distribution business, One Gas.
